As part of our expansion, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated Sales Manager to join our team in Riga and play a pivotal role in our growth journey.
As Sales Manager, you will join our small team in Riga and continue to build on our market success further introducing our high-quality brands in Latvia.

Is fluent in Latvian and English; Russian is advantageous.

2. First introduction meeting with our CEO Kait Karu
The call will focus on your motivations and interests as well as telling you our story. You can expect questions like:
What made you apply for the role?
What have you enjoyed doing most over your career?
What are you looking for in your next role?
Walk me through a project example (something you are proud of/something very difficult/something you want to share)
We will also cover the opportunity, give an overview of Proimplant and answer your questions
3. Meeting with our CEO, Kait Karu, and Latvian Sales Manager, Edgars Ramza (~30min)
They are dedicated to addressing any questions you may have about the opportunity and delving into your motivations and past experiences.
4. Final Interview again with Kait and Edgars. (~1-1,5h)
This will be an opportunity to pick up the conversation where you left off. You will get a chance to demonstrate your selling skills as well as dive deeper into your ways of working and how that matches with Proimplant's expectations.
