Advanced Implant Surgery with ARi & Blue Diamond Cuff
An intensive 3-day course focused on treating challenging implant cases with limited bone — from treatment planning and implant selection to hands-on training and real patient surgery.
The course is led by Lithuanian oral surgeon and implantologist Dr Rokas Kuprys, who will share his clinical approach to complex implant cases and provide individual guidance throughout the entire live surgery part of the course. After each surgery, participants will receive personalized feedback.

The course focuses on situations where a conventional implant protocol may not be sufficient – narrow alveolar ridges, severe atrophy, limited available bone, and the need to identify a strategic and biomechanically sound implant position.
You will learn to assess when to make use of the available residual bone, when to choose ARi or Blue Diamond Cuff, and when augmentation is necessary – and when it is not.

SCHEDULE
Day 1
Learn. Plan. Practice.
The first day lays the foundation for the following live surgery days. Through theory and a hands-on workshop, participants will explore treatment planning for complex cases and the clinical use of ARi and Blue Diamond Cuff implants.

narrow alveolar ridges
strategic implant positioning
full-arch planning
In addition, Dr Rokas Kuprys will demonstrate one complex surgical case step by step.
Day 2
You operate.
On the second day, the focus shifts to treating real patients.
Under the direct supervision of the instructor, participants will perform more complex implant surgeries, including cases with limited bone volume, narrow alveolar ridges, and immediate implant placement. After each surgery, Dr Rokas Kuprys will provide personalized feedback.
Each participant will perform at least 2 clinical single-implant cases.
Day 3
Full-arch live surgery
On the third day, the focus is on a full-arch case in compromised anatomy.
The entire process will be covered together: CBCT-based planning → implant selection → strategic positioning → achieving primary stability → evaluating the possibilities for immediate loading.
Each participant will perform at least one full-arch clinical case.
Over the course of the training, each participant will therefore complete at least two single-implant cases and one full-arch case.
During the live surgery sessions, all procedures are performed under the direct supervision of Dr Rokas Kuprys, allowing participants to receive immediate guidance and individual feedback on each surgery performed.
Dr Rokas Kuprys, DDS, MSc
Dr Rokas Kuprys is a Lithuanian dentist and oral surgeon, founder of the Panevėžys Implantology Centre, and an international lecturer. He completed his residency in oral surgery at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU), Kaunas Clinics, in 2013. His main clinical fields are implantology, guided surgery, and soft- and hard-tissue management.
He is a member of the Scientific Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has been actively involved in the development and teaching of R2Gate digital implantology. For many years, Dr Kuprys has trained clinicians at international implantology and surgical courses and has lectured at professional conferences.
He was among the first clinicians in Europe to begin the clinical use of the ARi implant system for complex and severely atrophic implant cases.
